Max Snatch (155/105)

 

As with any workout containing double under, giving yourself and extra few breaths before getting the rope spinning can be well worth the time. Be steady and methodical with your burpees today knowing that the snatches will be what seperates you from the pack. The load for snatches is enticing to all in and get in over your head with TnG reps so be conservative on round one, minimize damage for the following rounds.
