Stay aggressive across all work today. Don’t allow your back to get loose on the dead lifts just because its light. You’ll need that posterior chain to be in good shape for the next two barbell movements. The better your receiving position for the HPC, the more comfortable you’ll be. Dial in the rack the position for the thrusters and accelerate the bar from the bottom with aggressive hips to a snappy top finish position.
