You get one set of Dumbbells from start to finish and one set only. You select the weight that allows you to complete each of the three movements. Focus on racking the DBs on the shoulders just as you would a barbell. Keep your heals down and torso upright through your dip drive and finish overhead with your biceps next to your ears. A solid dip drive is a must today. DBs will be held down by your sides for the lunges. Each rep of the Man-Makers today consists of; push up, then from FLR, DB row Right, DB row Left.

Please return all DBs to proper area and stacked neatly and safely for the next class.
