Front Squat 5 sets of 5- your choice to build each set or go same weight across all sets.; rest 2 minutes b/t sets.

Max Reps Push Press unbroken (115/85); no rest
20 Anchored Sit Ups; rest 2 minutes

If you’re unable to use Rx loads, chose a weight that you can hit for 5-7 on the first two sets.
