50 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders
40 Box Jumps (24″/ 20″)
40 Toe To Bar/Knee to Elbow/Hanging Knee Raise- as appropriate
30 Pull Ups
30 Burpees
20 Cleans (95/65)
20 Shoulder to Over Head (95/65)
10 Snatches (95/65)

If you finish the 10 Snatches, begin again at the top with Wall Balls.

This is a test!! You have several movements that are scalable so please be sure to pick the scale that is appropriate for you. There are also three barbells movements all at the end of the workout. You get only one barbell to complete the workout. Please be sure you pick the appropriate weight for you. Once the workout begins, you can not change movements to an easier version, or lessen the weight on the barbell. One set of movements and one load from start to finish.
