Think of the run as a buy in to each round. It’s only a small part of the whole. Pace them like a 2 mile race. Take a brief strategic pause before starting your double unders and if you have been practicing you should be able to go unbroken. Take the big sets of Hang power cleans down quickly with sets of 3 and 4 with timed rests in between. A major fault as you fatigue is to try and muscle clean them. Remember to bring the bar in to the hip, jump hard and pull yourself down under the bar to a solid receiving position.
