5 reps at 78%
1 rep at 87%
5 reps at 78%
1 rep at 90%

5 Double Unders Unbroken- stop the rope
10 Double Unders Unbroken – stop the rope
15 Double Unders Unbroken- stop the rope

Continue adding 5 reps each time up to 50 and then come back down the ladder by 5s. Each rung of the ladder must be done unbroken for you to move to the next rung. Those with single unders will complete the ladder in the same format.
