Coach’s Crew is a great way to get the benefits of individualized programming based on your needs and small group coaching at the same time. Coach’s Crew Is an add on to your current membership and Starting October 18th Coach’s Crew will meet once per week. You’ll have a workout written specifically for you and be coached carefully through the entire workout. Find another gear, sharpen your skills, improve technique with Coach’s Crew! There will be a 10 person limit for each 4 week Coach’s Crew and 2 Coaches will be available. A new Coach’s Crew starts every 6 weeks. Contact Anthony@CrossFitRedline.com to sign up

A: Every two minutes, for 6 minutes :     Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20 steps 
Rest 1 minute
B: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
     5 Dumbbell Man-Makers- Push Up/Row Right/Row Left
     10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Rest 1 minute
C: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
      5 Toes to Bar
     10 Push-Ups
