Warm Up:
EMOM for 9 minutes:
1. 8 KBS (start with a Russian swing and build to a full swing by rep 5-6)
2. 5 Broad Jumps
3. 20 seconds High Knees in place

Training:
Segmented Clean Grip Dead Lift @ 3131; 2,2,2,2; rest 2 minutes b/t sets. Pauses of 1 second at 4″ off the ground, knees and mid-thigh make up the 3 second concentric portion of the lift.

5 Box Jump Overs- tough height
100 meter run- hard
