The tradition of CrossFit Redline athletes taking podium after podium continued this weekend at the 2nd Annual Fit Nation Tribal Games. But the real story is the number of Redline athletes and the quality of them all. This was never more evident than when one of the Emcees for the event announced the abundance of incredible Redline athletes that were competing. Congratulations to everyone who competed this weekend and thank you for your dedication, effort and loyalty to CrossFit Redline.

Coach’s Crew will begin this Sunday!! If you’ve wanted to experience individualized program design and get coached through it, then Coach’s Crew may be for you. Each session, You will receive a workout written specifically for you and based on your goals and needs, then you’ll receive Coaching to make your session complete. Coach’s Crew will meet each Sunday at 8:30 for 4 weeks. Each Coach’s Crew session is tapped at 10 athletes and we will provide two coaches for each session. There are only a few spots left for this upcoming session so to reserve your spot email Alison@crossfitredline.com

 

Training: 

A: Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes Push Press
Set 1- 5 reps
Set 2- 3 reps
Sets 3-6 1 rep
Goal is to build to a ! rep max

3 Rounds for time:
10 HSPU
15 Pull Ups
200 meter Run
