Warmup:

Gym Length Bear Crawl- slow and perfect
10 Alternating Single Leg Med Ball Deadlifts
rest 45sec between sets

 

Training:

A: Back Squat @21X1; 1.1.1 X 5 sets rest 10sec b/t 1s and rest 2 mins b/t sets – build with every set.
B1: DB Single Arm Cross Body Deadlift @3111; 4-5 perleg; rest 30sec-DB touches the ground just in front of the opposite foot.
B2: Half Kneeling DB Arnold Press @2111; 4-6reps x 4; rest 1minute X 4 sets- kneeling side is the pressing side.

3 Body Wall Walks
10 Ring face Pulls
10 Weighted sit up with a 15-20lb DB on your chest)
Gym Length Single arm Farmers Carry per arm- really heavy!
