This Saturday during Open Gym we will host a group workout and to participate, we will be accepting your canned food donations. Give some food, get a great workout.

A: Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes: Shoulder Press x 3-5 reps @ 20X1
Rest 2-3 minutes

6 Handstand Push-Ups

9 HR Push Ups

12 Toes to Bar
