Muscle Snatch 8-10 w/empty bar
Handstand Hold 20-30 seconds

Training:

A: Snatch High Pull + Muscle Snatch + Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch
1 Set every 90sec x 6-8 sets (building load each set or stay put and develop the skill)

Run 400m 
15 Deadlifts 185/135 
12 Single Arm Push Press (6/6)  50/35 
9 Burpees 
36 Double Unders 
rest walk 2-3 mins between sets and make each set a little faster
