10 Muscle Snatch- work from the hang and extend each rep down to mid-shin
10 Hollow Rock

Training:

A: Every 90 seconds X 8 sets; 1 Muscle Snatch + 2 Power Snatch- build where you can but keep technique sharp.
B1: Push Press @ 21X1; 5, 5, 4, 4; rest 1 min..
B2: Single Arm DB Row 5, 5, 4, 4; rest 1 min.
