Warm Up:

10 Minutes at a Continuous Pace
16 Alternating Prisoner Step Ups
14 Sit Ups
12 Single Arm KBS (6/6)

Training:

A: Back Squat @20X1; 4, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 minutes b/t sets. Tough Sets Throughout.
B1: KB Mixed Carry Walking Lunge (1 arm Suitcase + 1 arm Front Rack) 16 steps total; rest 45sec (switch arms half way)
B2: Wtd. Plank 1 minute; rest 45sec – plate on your back
B3: DB Hammer Curl to Press 6-8/arm alternating arms each rep; rest 90sec x 4 sets.
C: Max Reps Burpees in 20 seconds; rest walk 40 seconds X 4 sets.
