Training

A: Back Squat @20X1; 3,2,1,2,3 rest 3mins between sets (Tough sets)
B1: KB Front Rack Reverse Lunge Stand on bumper for deficit; 10 reps alternating legs; rest 45sec.
B2: Side Star Plank 30sec per side; rest 45sec.
B3: Barbell Bicep Curl @31X1; 6-8 reps; rest 90sec x 4.
C: Run 400 meters for time.
