Warm Up

Run 400
10 Side Plank Clam Shells
5 Ring Dip Negatives- slowly lower yourself to the bottom of the dip, stand up and repeat

Training:

A: Power Clean 1 Rep Max- take up to 10 minutes.
B: EMOM for 6 minutes Dead Lift X 3 reps. Make it challenging. Don’t finish and think “that was easy”.
