In teams of two:
Alternating partners complete, AMRAP in 12 Minutes of:
10 Dead Lifts
10 HR Push Ups
Starting loads for the Dead Lift are 155 for men and 95 for women and you will add 10 pounds to your bar every minute. You may not continue dead lifting or earning reps until the bar weight is adjusted.
Both team mates can be working at the same time on separate movements. Example, Partner 1 completes dead lifts while Partner 2 completes the Push Ups, then they switch roles. They may not be doing the same movement simultaneously. If during the workout, the weight exceeds one partners ability to dead lift, they may continue doing push ups only, however the must wait until their partner completes a round of both dead lifts and push ups to keep the alternating criteria in place.
