A1:Front Squat x 6-8 reps;Rest minute
A2:Single Arm DB Press x 6-8 reps each arm; Rest 1 minute
A3:Double-Under Practice x 1 minute; rest 1 minute X 3 sets
EMOM for 24 minutes:
Minute 1 – 5 Thrusters (go heavy)
Minute 2 – 10 Strict Pull-Ups (6 Ladies)
Minute 3 – 15 Box Jump-Overs
