B1: 10-15 T2B; rest 20sec
B2: 8-10 Shoulder to Overhead 135/85#; rest 20sec
B3: 8-10 burpees; rest 3-4mins x 4sets

Row 30sec 90% 
rest walk 30sec x 8-10
all rows same pace. Go for 10 if pace is good.
