Training:

A1: Front Squat @32X1 X 4-5; rest 30 seconds

A2: HSPU cluster 3. 2. 1 X 3; rest 15 sec b/t work and 3 min b/t sets.

B: BB Front Rack Rev Lunge Right / Left + 1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks- build this complex over 10 minutes.

C: 20 TGU Alternating each rep.
