Spend the first 15 minutes post warm up doing tissue maintenance, and mobility. This is especially true for those competing in Box Battles this week. You should also do your final training session for the week on Thursday.

Program 30 second work / rest intervals into the rower and complete:

30 seconds Row All Out

30 seconds rest X 4

Your score is the sum of your meters traveled in each round.
