If you are competing at Box Battles this weekend, this should be your last training day for the week and dial it back to about 75% effort all the way around.

Training:

A: Back Squat @ 32X1, 4, 4, 3, 3, rest 3 minute b/t sets.

B1: 10-12 Pull Ups; rest 30 seconds

B2: 20+ Wall Balls Unbroken; rest 3 minutes X 3.

C: 30 Perfect TGU – you pick the load
