We apologize for the last minute cancellation of yesterday’s 10 O’clock class. A scheduling conflict arose and we were left with no coach for that hour. Sorry for the inconvenience and a missed workout. 

 

Training:

Every 90 Seconds X 4 sets

30 seconds Max Burpees over Bar ( lateral hop )

30 seconds Max reps Push Press  (75 /55 )

30 seconds rest

Every 2 minutes X 6 sets

In 1 minute Row 10 Cals +  Max Mountain Climbers with remaining time

Rest 1 Minute
