Training:

A: Power Clean Cluster 3. 3. 3 X 3; rest 10 second b/t 3s and 3 minutes b/t sets.

B: Split Jerk 1. 1. 1 @ 65% of your 1RM; EMOM for 6 minutes.

C: 1 Power Clean + 1 Split Jerk TnG- 50-65% of 1 RM, EMOM for 6 minutes.- Work on going directly from receiving the bar in the power clean to a split jerk.

Row 500 Meters at moderate pace; rest 3 minutes X 4.

Try to have each of the 4 rows be the same time.
