Tuesday and Wednesday our classes will run as schooled. Thanksgiving morning the gym will open at 8:00am and the WOD will begin at 8:30,

There will be no classes this Friday or Saturday. 

 

Training:

A: Dead Lift 10, 8, 6, 4; rest 1 minute b/t sets 1&2 and 2 minutes b/t sets 2&3 and 3&4.
