Training / Recovery

Recovery from intense exercise like we complete on a daily basis is largely a function of increased blood flow, and the disposal of waste products that are the by product of your efforts. The goal for today’s session is to increase blood flow though out your body while simultaneously training the aerobic system. You may add additional mobility and foam rolling to this as needed.
