The time has come….strap on your gloves and let’s get ready to rumble. The first CrossFit Striking class is this Friday at 5pm. You will need a pair of inexpensive open finger MMA type gloves. I will have a limited number on hand for you to borrow until you purchase your own. This class promises to be dynamic, exciting and an amazing way for you to find another level of fitness. These classes are not part of our regular membership, have no contracts and you come and go as you like. Each class is $15 for Redline members and $20 for non-members. Meet Coach Jose in the parking lot at 5pm for pre-class briefing.

A: Press Cluster @ 12X1; 2. 2. 2 X 3; rest 15 sec b/t 2s and 2 minutes b/t sets.

B: Push Press X 1 + Split Jerk X 2; rest 2 minutes X 4.


5 sets at hard effort:

7 Thrusters- build per set

7 Burpees

20 Sec Row all out effort

Rest 4-6 minutes b/t sets
