If you happen to be at the gym during the end of the 10 O’clock class and you see three new faces warming up to train, It’s probably one of these guys. Broc, Steve and Phil are professional hockey players who are doing their off-season strength and conditioning at CrossFit Redline. Be sure to say, but watch your contact are they might check you into the wall.

 

Tonight my son Justus could not wait to show me a video that he found inspiring. What he showed me was not what I expected and it inspired me too. I’m hoping it will inspire you as well…His was a Happy Life, Sam Berns October 23, 1996-January 10, 2014.
