Thank you to all who came out for our annual Memorial Day “Murph” !!! What an amazing display of heart and character each of you put on display. I’m proud of each and every one of you.

Training:

A: Strict Press X 3, Push Press X 2, Push Jerk X 1; rest 2 Minutes 3- build each set and finish heavy.

B: Heavy Single Arm Farmer Carry 400 meters. -Switch hands as often as needed.

C: Tabata Sit Ups
