A: Push Press X 2-3; rest 2 minutes X 4.

B: 1 Arm DB Row X 6-8; switch arms immediately; rest 1 minute X 3. 

C: Right Side plank 30 sec, rest 10 sec, Left Side Plank; rest 10 sec X 3.

D: Run 400 meters @ 80%; rest 2:1 X 4.
