Welcome back everyone! I hope you enjoyed the last week off and took it as an opportunity to work on recovery, mobility, de-stressing and perhaps got in a few of the workouts that were provided. Some very special people put in a lot of effort and time into giving the gym a top to bottom cleaning yesterday and they all deserve a huge thanks.
