Reminder that there will not be a 6:30pm class tonight. The 5:30 pm class is the last class for the afternoon. 

Training:

A: Find your 1 rep max Power Clean – 12 minutes.

B: TnG Power Clean Cluster 2. 2. 2 X 3; rest 10 seconds b/t 2s and 2 minutes b/t sets. Speed and correctness of the movement is key so load appropriately. 

C: DB Push Press 30 sec, 30 sec “rest” in FLR; rest 1 minute X 4. As usual the goal is 20-25 reps Push Press each set.

D: 20 TGU- Altn’g each rep. Perfect form
