Training:

A: Power Clean Cluster 2. 2. 2 X 3; rest 10 sec. b/t 2s and 2 minutes b/t sets.

B: Unbroken KBS Ladder- by 2s. Start with 2 KBS, then 4, then 6 etc…each time you complete a rung you must put the KB down. Go as far as possible. All rungs must be completed unbroken to count.

With a running clock…

From Go to 2:00 do As many Burpee Box Jumps as possible

Rest from 2:00 to 3:00

From 3:00 to 5:00 do As many Sit Ups as possible

Rest from 5:00 to 6:00

From 6:00 to 8:00 do as many Wall Balls as possible

Rest from 9:00 to 10:00

From 10:00 to 11:00 do as many HR Push Ups as possible.
