Please Note- due to a large portion of our coaches being out of town for competition this weekend, the last class of the week will Friday’s 10 am class and classes will resume on Monday morning at 5:30. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Training:

A: Build to a 1 Rep Max Bench Press

B: Bench Press sets of 20, 16, 12; rest as needed b/t sets.

C: Ring Row; 3 sets to failure.

D: DB hammer curl; 3 sets of 10-12
