Active Recovery / Open Gym

Incorporate as many of these recovery elements as possible today:

Row, Airdyne- conversational pace.

TGU- alternating arms each rep.

Mobility – upper and lower body. Squatting and overhead positions. Thoracic.

Foam rolling, LAX ball work, banded joint distractions.

Encourage blood flow and recovery.
