Tonight’s announcement of 15.3 will feature our friend and Liz’s fellow snack cabinet raider at my house Lauren Brooks from CrossFit Salvation in Cape Coral. Be sure to log on and watch her go head to head against Julie Foucher who is a perennial favorite.

Training:

A: Front Squat 6, 4, 2, 2; rest 2 minutes b/t sets.

B1: 30 Double Unders; rest 15 seconds- restore breathing

B2: 10 Close Grip Burpees; rest; 15 seconds- restore breathing

B3: 10 Box Jumps; rest 2 minutes X 4.
