Thank you all for another great Friday Night Lights!!! We saw some really amazing things last Friday night from a 1,000+ score to several people battling it out with their nemesis the muscle up. Once again, congratulations to everyone who completed 15.3.

 

Training:

A: Front Squat 1, 1, 1, 1, 1; rest 2 minutes b/t sets.

B: Row 1 minute @ 85% effort; rest 1 minute; Run 200 meters at 85% effort; rest 1 minute X 4

2 sets hard:

15 KBS

15 Burpees

rest walk 2 minutes b/t sets.
