This week we will run Saturday Night Lights at 3pm. So mark it on your calendar and let’s get ready for 15.4.

Training:

20 Minute AMRAP at 90% effort

Row 500 meters

100 meter Farmer Walk Heavy

5 Wall Walks

ou can chose to do your farmer walks out side or inside if you chose. Travel around the Pull Up rig and please try to all walk in the same direction. Each section of floor in 4’X6′. That should help you calculate how far to walk.
