If you are planning on doing 15.2 On Saturday and plan on doing it well, today you should be in rest/recovery mode. Mobility, and active rest on rower or air dyne is always fair play. Tomorrow will be a movement prep day based on the workout released with some additional work. An additional reminder that there is no 4:15 class this Friday. Instead join us for a one of a kind presentation by Chris Costa from 4 to 6.

Training (for those doing 15.2 on Friday):

: Dead Lift- build to a tough single in 10 minutes.


For Time:

30, 20, 10 Sit Ups

30, 40, 50 Double Unders

10, 10, 10 Pull Ups

This progresses like this: 30 Sit Ups, 30 Double Unders, 10 Pull Ups, 20 Sit Ups, 40 Double Unders etc…
