Friendly reminder that Open Gym is from 8-10am. If you show up at 9:45, it still ends at 10.

 

Training:

A: Floor Press 3, 3, 3, 3; rest 2 minute b/t sets.

B: Barbell Bent Over Row  10, 8, 6, 6; rest 1 minute b/t sets.

C: 20 TGU + 1 strict press at the top;  alternate arms each rep
