Partner 1 – Row 250 Meters

Partner 2- Hold 2 Kbs in front rack and under your chin while your partner rows 250. Men hold two 53# KBs, Ladies hold two 35s.

Switch places  and continue for 3 rounds. You will each row three times and hold three times.
