B1: 1 Arm Overhead KB Walk-left arm, length of gym; switch arms and OH walk back; rest 20 seconds

B2: 20 Anchored Sit Ups AFAP; rest 1 minute X 4.

C: Bent Over Barbell Row 3 sets of 8-10; rest 1 minute b/t sets.
