Training:

A: Press- build to a 1 Rep Max for the day. Post all loads to board.

B: Wtd. Pull Ups 6, 4, 2 + 1Max effort set at body weight; rest 2 minutes b/t sets.

C: KBS 12-15; rest 1 minute X 3- stay calm and relaxed during rest.

D: Side bridge 30 seconds Left; rest 10 sec.; 30 seconds Right; rest 10 sec. X 3.
