A: Power Clean + Push Press build to a heavy single for the day. 10-12 minutes.

B1: Right side bridge 30 seconds; no rest

B2: Front Leaning Rest 30 seconds; no rest

B3: Left side bridge 30 seconds; rest 90 seconds X 3.
