4 sets:

1 Minute Static Hang from pull up bar; no rest

1 Minute Front Leaning Rest; no rest

1 Minute Squat Therapy-bottom of squat; rest 1 minute b/t sets.

*Coaches Notes- If they are unable to complete a full unbroken minute in any or all of the positions, have them accumulate the minute in as few sets as possible. Keep rest between position as little as possible.
