Getting started

Ready to begin? Getting started is easy and it’s fun!

Your first step toward a new level of fitness is our “On-Ramp” program. “On-Ramp” consists of 3 classes with one of our certified coaches. Your safety is our first priority and “On-Ramp” was developed to teach you the fundamental basic movements of CrossFit in a safe and efficient manner. Through detailed instruction and workouts built for your current level of fitness,  “On-Ramp”   will prepare your for the dynamics of our group CrossFit classes.“On-Ramp” is mandatory unless you are joining us from another CrossFit gym and you are able to demonstrate most movements efficiently and correctly.

During this program, you will be taken through the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will learn how we define fitness, how we achieve fitness, and how to support your training through nutrition. Just like an Interstate On-Ramp, our On-Ramp program is designed to help you get up to speed and merge into our group classes safely and efficiently.

Our “On-Ramp” classes are scheduled based on your’s and the “On-Ramp” coach’s availability but we will work hard to make it as easy as possible for you to attend with minimal disruption of your personal life.

Best part of the program is that you will complete a WOD, or workout of the day, during each class!!!

Upon completion of this program, you will then have the option to become a full-fledged member of the CrossFit RedLine’s family.

CrossFit Redline’s “On-Ramp” program is $75 and everyone who completes “On-Ramp” gets a FREE 7 day trial membership. No high pressure sales pitch and no contracts.
