Drop-Ins

We welcome all visiting CrossFitters to drop in with us while you are in town. Our one day drop in rate is $20 and special week long drop in packages are also available.

1 on 1

One on One training is the fastest way for you to reach your goal. Through a detailed and systematic assessment process we are able to better understand your strengths, weaknesses and needs as an athlete. Whether your goal is to complete your first 5K, lose weight, add muscle or just feel better, we can design a program for you and guide you through it with safety and efficiency in mind. One on One training packages for 2, 3, & 4 sessions per week are available.

Includes:

Workouts done at our facility under the guidance and direction of one of our coaches. Ongoing E-Mail support and nutritional guidance. Daily workouts developed to target your goals, make you stronger, healthier and more fit.

On-Line Coaching & Program Design

Live outside of Southwest Florida? Take advantage of our On-Line Coaching and Program Design service. Individualized program design is one of the best ways to take your fitness to the next level and reach your goals. Let one of our experts in program design take the guess workout out of your training. Our coaches have worked with people from all walks of life and athletes from track & field, golf, volleyball, wrestling, MMA, hockey, football and distance running.

Includes:

Initial consult and 30 minute phone call every 6 weeks. Monthly, weekly or daily workouts developed specifically for you and e-mailed to you. On-going e-mail support. Individualized nutritional support as needed.

Small Group Training

Experience the benefits of small group training while saving money. Our small group training classes allow from 2 to 5 athletes to work with one of our certified coaches. The support and motivation of a group, with the direction of a coach.

Includes:

Workouts done at our facility under the guidance and motivation of one of our coaches. Daily workouts developed to challenge the group and the individual while improving all aspects of fitness in a fun and energetic setting.

Large Group & Corporate Training

CrossFit Redline’s coaches have had the pleasure of working with large groups, sports teams and local corporations to assist them in their fitness goals, prepare for an upcoming season and team building. Large group and corporate training is a fun and energetic way to bring a people closer to each other, highlight commonalities and create camaraderie. Groups we have trained or worked with include:

Lifestyle & Nutritional Consultations

Get the most out of your training and out of your food. Let us help you develop a lifestyle and nutrition plan to assist you with your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or perform better, your food is the most important aspect in health and fitness. The mental aspects of beginning and sticking to a fitness program can be daunting. Sometimes coaching is needed that goes beyond exercises, sets and reps and is intended to guide the athlete toward better life and lifestyle choices. This assistance can bring success to a struggling athlete.

Includes:  

Review of your goals and food log along with specific recommendations to help you achieve the best nutritional profile for you. Discussion on goal setting, and how to create a lifestyle that fits your goals. On-going e-mail support and food log review.

Event Programming

CrossFit Redline is happy to offer event programming for fitness competitions. Developing tests of fitness for single and multiple day events requires more than just randomly making up workouts. Our staff is experienced in working with event coordinators to provide workouts that test fitness, ensure events run smoothly and on time, are safe and leave competitors wanting to come back to future competitions. All events that we develop are built and tested for your specific event and based on your equipment availability. Let our experts take the guess work out of your next event.
