After years of instructing thousands of police officers in a variety of topics Anthony developed a broad set of communication and teaching skills that work perfectly in a CrossFit group setting. Anthony is CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Olympic certified coach. Anthony is also an OPT Associate Coach with course work in Anatomy & Physiology, Assessment, Program Design and Nutrition. Anthony is a member of the Balanced Bites, Practical Paleo Team as a guest blogger and seminar presenter.
