I'll have to admit to you, a few years ago I thought CrossFit was a way to hurt and humiliate yourself while throwing your body around in warehouse. Little did I know, my assumptions about working out were flat wrong. I soon met Alison and Anthony and got to know quite a few regulars in the afternoon class. I immediately noticed this shared and uncommon bond between the people going through the struggles and challenges that CrossFit workouts give. I’ll have to admit to you, a few years ago I thought CrossFit was a way to hurt and humiliate yourself while throwing your body around in warehouse. Little did I know, my assumptions about working out were flat wrong. I soon met Alison and Anthony and got to know quite a few regulars in the afternoon class. I immediately noticed this shared and uncommon bond between the people going through the struggles and challenges that CrossFit workouts give. CrossFit has not only changed me physically but mentally as well. The people at Reline understand immensely that there is a certain process to becoming fit. In that process, they are there, all around you, struggling and “suffering” through those challenges  with you. CrossFit has changed my life. I’ve been with CrossFit Redline for 7 months and I won’t be anywhere else for the rest of my life. That’s a fact. Russ Rands

I met Anthony and Ali and instantly knew I was in the right place. They were both warm and inviting and really made my fears disappear - my fears of not fitting in or embarrassing myself at least. I found Crossfit is a slow personal journey that I would liken to martial arts. There is a basic timeframe it takes to understand the fundamentals. You can only go so far without these baselines. But…..in the meantime, while you learn these basics, you become part of something bigger. Something of a shared sacrifice. The lawyer and college student next to you are both battling to push themselves every day.  You are pushing yourself and helping them along the way. You are showing those who just joined that it was scary to start the program for all of us, but if you stick it out you will be amazed by what you can accomplish. I’m closing in on 10 months of Crossfit and I can’t imagine being anywhere but RedLine. Chris Kaut
